AUBURN, Ala.- Auburn Parks and Recreation will temporarily close both dog parks at Dinius Park on Thursday, Oct. 30, to install new mulch. The improvements will help maintain a clean, safe and comfortable play area for dogs and their owners.

The restrooms at Hickory Dickory Park will also be closed on Thursday, Oct. 30, while privacy partitions are installed in the restrooms. The restrooms are expected to reopen the following day once installation is complete.

Visitors are encouraged to plan accordingly. The City of Auburn appreciates the community’s patience as these updates are made to keep Auburn’s parks safe and enjoyable for all.
